How many payments can I make for the annual membership?
The ANNUAL membership can be paid in 1, 2, or 3 installments depending on the chosen payment method.
The discount applies equally to all options.
How long is the promo available?
The Black Friday promo will be active from November 24th to December 1st (inclusive). After that date, purchases with this discount will no longer be available.
Is it valid for all Sharma Climbing centers?
It depends on the chosen membership: the Multigym gives access to all centers, while the individual membership is valid only for the selected gym.
Can I freeze my annual membership?
Yes, in justified cases such as medical reasons or a change of residence. You must request it in advance and provide the necessary documentation.
When does my annual or quarterly membership start?
It becomes active from the moment of purchase. If you already have another active service, your new plan will start when your current one ends, without losing any days. You can contact reception to coordinate the dates.
