Experience a week of training and health at Sharma Climbing Gavà
During the week of December 15-17, we invite you to participate in a special series of sessions focused on training, injury prevention, and performance in climbing. From Monday to Thursday, various industry experts will lead talks and hands-on workshops on key topics for improving as a climber: from competition data analysis to injury prevention and strength training tailored to different skill levels. A unique opportunity to learn, ask questions, and continue growing alongside leading experts.

Data analysis in competitive climbing
Learn how to interpret and apply data in high-performance climbing. Matías Ochoa will explain how to measure progress, analyze competition performance, and use key information to improve climbers’ preparation and strategy. He will also delve into data-driven decision-making and how data can help you optimize your training and better understand your strengths and areas for improvement on the wall.

Injury prevention in climbing
Learn the essential guidelines for avoiding common climbing injuries and training safely. Luis Betancourt will share practical tools for identifying risks, improving technique, and maintaining a healthy and prepared body.
He will also cover warm-up and mobility strategies that reduce discomfort, prevent relapses, and prolong your progress over time, both on rock and in a climbing gym.
